Terms & Conditions

1. The sponsor: This giveaway is sponsored by us, Resi Media LLC, 950 W. Bethany Drive, Suite 430 Allen, TX 75013
2. Who is eligible: You must be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and be at least 18 years of age to enter.
3. Entries: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, you can (1) attend Capture Summit 2023 conference and register at Resi’s booth, or (2) mail in a postcard with your name, email, phone number and a reference to this giveaway to the sponsor’s address as listed above. Entries must be submitted between August 7-9, 2023 (“Entry Period”). One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be deleted. Multiple automated entries, or entries submitted by others on your behalf, or entries submitted by you using different identities or addresses, may be rejected, rendering you ineligible for any prize. Incomplete entries will not be eligible to win. No purchase necessary.
4. Prize: The prize is one (1) Airpods 3rd Generation (MSRP $169). Winner will be notified via email to claim their gift. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize. No prize transfer.
5. Winner Selection; Claiming Your Prize: One winner will be chosen from all eligible entries. Overall odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winners will be chosen in a random drawing on or around August 7-9, 2023. The potential winner will be notified via email, to the email address submitted with their entry, within one (1) week after the drawing. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason or does not claim the prize within fifteen (15) calendar days of Pushpay’s notice of winning, Resi may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random. Only one alternate selection will be made, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. 
6. Claiming the prize: To claim the prize, we (Resi) may require the winner to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and/or any other applicable documents (collectively, the “Releases”). If we do not receive the required documentation within thirty (30) calendar days after our notice of award, then we may elect, in its sole discretion, to disqualify the winner. 
7. Entrant’s agreement: By entering, you unconditionally agree to and accept the terms of these official rules and by the decisions we make regarding this contest, which are final and binding on all matters. If you do not agree to this, please do not enter. Resi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the drawing (or portion thereof) at any time. Resi also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the entry of any individual. Receipt of prizes is dependent upon full, timely completion of all requirements. All federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, Resi reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party. By entering, entrant waives all rights to bring (and covenants not to bring) any claim against Pushpay or any others associated with this drawing. Entrants further agree to release and hold harmless Pushpay from any and all liability arising from their participation in the drawing, or Pushpay’s use of any entry information.
8. NO LIABILITY; INDEMNIFICATION: We are not responsible for any failures of any kind (whether caused by computer, technical, mechanical or human error) which may either limit the entrant’s ability to submit an entry, claim a prize, or otherwise participate in this drawing, or the our ability to include all eligible entries, conduct random drawings, notify potential winners, or otherwise execute this drawing in the manner intended. By participating in the drawing, you, your heirs, successors, or assigns agree to release, discharge, and to hold harmless us, and waive all causes of action relating to any and all injuries, costs, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from their participation in this drawing, or resulting from the delivery, acceptance, and/or subsequent use or misuse of any prize awarded, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. We are not responsible for (i) any condition caused by events beyond our control that may cause the drawing to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, or from participation in the drawing; or (iii) any printing, typographical, or computer errors in any materials associated with the drawing.
