401(k)– You are immediately eligible to enroll in Resi Media’s 401(k) plan with many investment options in either a Traditional 401(k) or a Roth 401(k). You will be enrolled automatically at 3% unless you specify otherwise. Each pay period, Resi Media matches 100% of the first 4% of your salary that you contribute into the 401(k).
Paid Time Off – After ninety days of employment, employees may take flexible time off to support their personal needs.
Paid Holidays – Resi Media provides paid nine paid holidays throughout the year.
