When a network disruption hits, RSP buffers the missing data and retransmits it as soon as the connection stabilizes. A third-party decoder can receive a Resi stream, but it can’t take advantage of RSP’s resilience. That’s the difference between a decoder that works and a decoder that works when it matters.
