Benefits for Full-Time Employees:

401(k)

You are eligible the first day of the quarter following 90 days of employment to enroll in Resi’s 401(k) plan with many investment options in either a Traditional 401(k) or a Roth 401(k). You will be enrolled automatically at 2% unless you specify otherwise. Each quarter, employee contributions are matched at 100% of the first 4% of your salary that you contribute into the 401(k).

Paid Time Off

After ninety days of employment, employees may take flexible time off to support their personal needs.

Paid Holidays

Resi provides paid nine paid holidays throughout the year.
