Terms and Conditions

Between November 7, 2022 – December 31, 2022, get promotional pricing on select Resi services and hardware: Resi’s Social Only and Starter Lite plans, as well as the E1210 Ray Encoder.

Promotional pricing for service plans is only available for (i) first time customers or Resi customers whose effective cancellation date precedes the start of the promotional period, and (ii) requires a year commitment to service. Promotional pricing as advertised remains the same whether the service is billed annually or monthly and will return to standard pricing beyond the year commitment. Resi streaming plans require the use of Resi Hardware Encoders or Software Encoding through ProPresenter 7.

Promotional pricing for the E1210 Ray Encoder, excludes all refurbished hardware. The hardware discount is available for all customers both new and existing. There is no limit to the amount of hardware you wish to purchase at the promotional price, but all payments for hardware purchased at the promotional price must be paid in full no later than 11:59 p.m. (CT) December 31, 2022. Resi reserves the right to decline any order for E1210 encoders sold with promotional pricing over a quantity of (10) per customer for any reason.

Promotional pricing only applies to products or services newly purchased during the promotion period, and does not apply to previously purchased subscriptions or products. Offer may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. We may change or discontinue this offer at any time, and additional eligibility criteria may apply.
