Calendar Refresh

The redesigned Calendar in Resi Studio puts your setup right on the calendar, so you can confirm your schedule is right the first time.

What’s new:

  • Every event shows its pre-event encoder buffer, so a blocked time slot always has a visible reason
  • A red live dot marks anything that’s streaming now, across List, Day, Week, and Month views
  • Filter by encoder to see only that unit’s schedule across every campus or room

The new Calendar is live for every account and works on mobile. Adding and editing events works just like before.

Decoder Update 3.2.0.8

Decoder version 3.2.0.8 is a Debian decoder update that meaningfully improves efficiency — so the decoders already in your rack work less hard to do the same job.

What it does:

  • Lowers processing utilization across the board
  • Improves thermal efficiency for cooler, steadier operation
  • Extends the runway on existing hardware as your multisite footprint grows

Debian decoders below 3.2.0.8 will show an update available. Click the red flag icon in the decoder interface to start — it takes a few minutes, then reboots.

Decoder Update 2.10.5.32

Decoder version 2.10.5.32 is a CentOS update that brings your server-grade decoders up to the current release — worth doing before your next service, not during it.

What it does:

  • Brings CentOS decoders to the current release
  • Keeps every campus on the same decoder version
  • Installs in a few minutes with a single reboot

All CentOS decoders below 2.10.5.32 will show an update available — click the red flag icon in the decoder interface to start.

D4310 Server-Grade Decoder

The D4310 is Resi’s new flagship server-grade decoder — built to push 4K at a higher frame rate and hold steady in the racks feeding your multisite campuses.

What’s new:

  • Maximum output raised from 4K30 to 4K60
  • Redundant power supplies and genlock, carried forward from the D2211 and D2212
  • More robust internal components with headroom for heavier workloads

Studio AI Model Upgrades

Studio AI just got a model upgrade — transcription and suggestions both run faster and land sharper, with nothing to change in your workflow. Upload as usual in Resi Studio and you’ll see it on your next file.

What’s better:

  • Faster transcription with higher accuracy, even when the source audio is rough
  • Suggestions that follow the actual structure of your message instead of generic themes
  • Specific details pulled straight from your content — real references, not vague summaries

What it does:

  • Delivers smoother, more consistent playback
  • Improves frame timing for steadier video output
  • Installs in a few minutes with a single reboot

Debian decoders below 3.1.1.26 will show an update available — click the red flag icon in the decoder interface to start.

Onboarding Checklist

The Onboarding Checklist is a new widget on your Resi Studio dashboard that walks a new team from first login to first stream — twelve steps, grouped so nothing gets missed.

What it does:

  • Organizes setup into three stages, so you always know what’s next
  • Checks off each step automatically and shares progress across your organization
  • Jumps you straight to the right spot in Studio — useful long after setup is done

You’ll find it on the Studio dashboard if you have a Live subscription.

Sharper Clip Suggestions

Clip suggestions in Studio AI now stay locked on the message — even when you upload a full service without trimming down to the sermon first.

What’s better:

  • More relevant, more consistent clip recommendations
  • Applies to your next upload, with nothing to change in your workflow
